ABOUT US

The Rowing Academy at Park View Academy of Sport combines a variety of academic pathways with high-level training and performance. Opportunities exist for athletes to compete at club, regional and national level. Rowers will receive up to 10 hours of coaching per week both on and off the water focusing on technical ability, general fitness and race strategy.

The Rowing Academy is open to all individuals whether you are new to the sport or, are already involved within rowing. The programme aims to target each individual’s unique needs, with personalised training programmes.  Continual progression will be monitored through weekly one to one meeting with the head coach.

Rowers involved in the programme will have access to all equipment during training sessions, access to strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, nutritional support and indoor rowing facilities.
